If you have your original credit/loan agreemnents you would need to send them to us
If you don’t have the original agreements this is not a problem as we can apply for them.
You would have a one off payment of £295 to have your agreement checked by our legal team, if you have a second agreement the cost to have that one checked would be £195, all subsequent agreements would be checked at a cost of £195. These fees are now refundable less a £50 admin fee if you do not have an unenforceable agreement.
When we receive your agreements they are checked by our solicitors to see if they comply with the prescribed terms of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act.
If they are deemed unenforceable for any reason you will be notified and a claim can be commenced on your behalf with no extra charge to you.
You will receive 100% of your claim you do not pay us any commission.
The cost of the legal proceedings will not be deducted from your money this will be claimed from the other side through the courts
